We understand your physical health or uncover any underlying health concerns, by assessing some key health factors – diet, food quality, food timing, digestive health, toxicity levels, environmental factors, hydration levels, hormonal balances, musculoskeletal tension, pain and autonomic nervous system dysfunctions.
