Do you feel FEAR? Of course you do, as we all feel FEAR! Do you want to be FREE of it? Here is some techniques how to overcome FEAR.

Image jumping off a huge mountain or climbing sheer mountain faces with no ropes. This is Stef Davis life. Agreeably the most accomplished free climber, base jumper, sky diver and wing suit pilots in the world. Instantly, we could dismiss her as an adrenal junkie but to be best in anything you have great emotional intelligence and great techniques to manage and overcome FEAR which is not burying or ignoring it.

Doing the very thing that you FEAR (and continually doing it), is the very thing that will FREE you from your FEAR.
